ILA Recruiting new Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Are you an inspiring, strategic and values-led leader ready to shape the future of an established organisation as it moves into its next chapter? The ILA is seeking a CEO who will bring both vision and action to enhance its impact and ensure long-term sustainability.

As CEO, you will work closely with the Executive Chair, Management Committee and Executive Council to continue to modernise the Association whilst ensuring it remains aligned with its history and values. This role is both strategic and hands-on — requiring a calm, capable leader with strong practical and financial acumen. If you are passionate about driving operational excellence in the service of international law, this could be the perfect role for you.
