Content and Evolution of the Rules of Interpretation

An Interim Report will be presented at ILA Sydney 2018. Individual Preliminary Reports (which have been produced by the members of the Study Group can be viewed in the documents section below. Please note that 1. The members of the Study Group welcome comments from the ILA members. Any such comments should be sent to the Chairs and Rapporteurs. 2. The Individual Preliminary Reports (i.e. the reports prepared by the members of the Study Group on specific topics/courts) are made available for the perusal of the members and in order to foster dialogue and exchange of ideas. However, by virtue of them being preliminary in nature, at the moment they are not to be used for quotation purposes. The Study Group intends to present its final report together with a book in 2020.
