Recent Publications from Committee Members
Several Committee members of have published their papers on rule of law presented at committee meetings, which help clarify the various concepts of rule of law used in international and European law, in an edition of ZEuS (Zeitschrift für Europarechtliche Studien). These various rule of law concepts streamline the work of the Committee on Rule of Law and Investment law and provide important working definitions of ‘rule of law’ for the current activities of the Committee.
