Webinar for Phase II (Nexus) of the ILA Committee for International Tax Law

Phase II of the project focuses on the establishment of a fair and international tax nexus. The Committee has gathered country-specific information on selected aspects. Five Rapporteurs cover different key areas.

In this webinar, the rapporteurs will present their initial findings based on the questionnaire research conducted.

 Dr. Ashrita Prasad Kotha (Assistant Professor at the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru): Trend towards taxation in the country of destination

 Dr. Vincent Ooi (Assistant Professor, Assistant Professor and Deputy Director of the Centre for Commercial Law in Asia at Singapore Management University): The practice of double taxation agreements and nexus
