Discussion with  Assistant Secretary General of the Commonwealth, Professor Luis G. Franceschi

The event will consist of a topical discussion with the Assistant Secretary General of the Commonwealth, Professor Luis G. Franceschi. It will commence at 14:00hrs on 4th April at the KSU Common Room, University of Malta (Msida Campus), where we shall be discussing topics ranging from the rule of law, to whether the Commonwealth is still relevant today as well as multilateralism in a shifting society.

Professor Luis G. Franceschi is a legal scholar, founding Dean of Strathmore Law School, CHOGM Conference Secretary, UN legal advisor, award winning author and former visiting lecturer at the University of Oxford.
