Event: "Adapting Private International Law in an Era of Uncertainty"
The T.M.C. Asser Institute will host a one-day conference at the Mandela Room in The Hague as part of its 60 Years Series. The event explores how private international law adapts in times of uncertainty and brings together leading scholars and practitioners to reflect on two central themes: Private International Law in the Digital Age and Uncertain Times, Unequal Burdens: Rethinking Protection for Weaker Parties. The conference will conclude with a special session, Emerging Voices in Private International Law, featuring presentations by early career researchers selected through a call for abstracts.
