The book is a product of the ILA Study Group on the Principles of
Engagement of Domestic Courts with International Law (2011-2016) and many of the Officers and original members of the Study Group have contributed to the latest publication being launched in June. Copies of the original mandate of the ILA Study Group, in addition to documentation produced throughout the course of the Study Group's research and final report is available on the ILA website here.
There will also be a a Panel Discussion on Contemporary Questions of Domestic Courts Engagement with International Law:
