( Inactive )At the 2004 Berlin Conference, the Committee presented its Interim Report on Res Judicata in International Commercial Arbitration. The Committee is presently completing its study of res judicata, and has started a study of lis pendens. It intends to present a final report on these two topics in Toronto in 2006.
